Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Small organic onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon organic white miso (raw / unpasteurized)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 organic lemon (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • paprika (for seasoning)

Directions

Step 1 Put all ingredients into a Vitamix and process until well combined and creamy.
