In a medium-sized bowl, add the cooked quinoa, chopped cilantro, fresh squeezed lime juice, pink himalayan salt and stir until well combined. Serve warm or cold, as a side dish, as a filing in a wrap or sprinkle over a salad. Enjoy! Note This recipe will make approximately (2) servings.
