Mamma Chia Wild Blueberry Clusters Energy Bites…a clean eating recipe made with only 4 ingredients and it’s organic, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake and contains no refined sugar.
These Mamma Chia Wild Blueberry Clusters Energy Bites are really good and an easy way to get a quick burst of energy and nutrients in a bite-sized snack!
You may remember me introducing you to the Mamma Chia Wild Blueberry Clusters Granola back in my November 2015 Healthy Product Roundup, and it’s been a favorite in my home, especially with my youngest son.
It’s really good because it has granola, chia seeds and dried wild blueberries.
But today I wanted to share with you another way you can use the granola other than just for cereal.
I added the wild blueberry clusters granola (which is amazing just by itself!) with almond butter, medjool dates and a little bit of coconut oil to make this nutrient-dense snack.
The granola alone contains 1500 mg of omega-3’s, 10 grams of vegan protein and 5 grams of fiber. Then you have the healthy fats from the coconut oil and extra protein from the almond butter for a filling snack that will keep you satisfied.
And, you may also remember from one of my other recent posts explaining the benefits of wild blueberries as opposed to regular blueberries and how they contain more antioxidants.
This is a simple recipe that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes and it’s organic, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake and contains no refined sugar.
