Raw Vegan Cacao Almond Balls



Yield 12 - 14 small balls

Raw / Vegan / Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free / Lectin-Free / No-Bake / Paleo-Friendly / No Refined Sugar



  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until everything is well combined and it has a thick paste-type consistency. Do not over process the almonds, they should be in tiny pieces.
  2. Adjust the sweetener to your preference.
  3. Take out a spoonful at a time and roll it between the palms of your hands to make a ball shape.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve to keep them firm.
  5. Store in an air-tight BPA-free container.
  6. Enjoy!
