How To Make Spaghetti Squash Pasta

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Cut the spaghetti squash  in half, from top to bottom.
  2. Scrape out all the seeds from the inside with a spoon.
  3. Rub the avocado oil in the middle cavity of the squash and along the rim/inner edge of the squash.
  4. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool enough to handle with an oven mit.
  6. Using a fork, scrape out the inside of the squash into pasta-like strands.
  7. Use as a gluten-free pasta replacement in your favorite plant-based recipes.
  8. Enjoy!
