Even though I create and share recipes almost several times a week for my website, it doesn’t mean I ~love~ to be in the kitchen. I, too, struggle to figure out the dreaded question every night of “what’s for dinner?”. If hearing those 3 words make you cringe, you are not alone!
I’m in the kitchen for a good portion of my day and when dinner time comes around, the last thing I want to think about is “what’s for dinner?”
I’m tired. I don’t always feel like cooking dinner and sometimes I don’t even want to think about it.
Many years ago, pre-packed, highly processed meals and dining out were the norm for my family, especially when I worked outside the home because it was fast and convenient.
But I’ve found that when I pre-plan my meals and organize my shopping list, it actually takes away the stress of dinner time and I’m prepared to make better and healthier choices. When meal planning, I already know in advance (up to a week in advance!) what I will be making each night and it’s just one less thing I have to worry about.
And because I know in advance what I will be making, I also know in advance how much time and prep is required for each meal and can juggle the meals each day to fit our weekly schedule.
My Gluten-Free Vegan Meal Plans include favorite meal/dinner recipes from my website and are all gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, grain-free and soy-free.

F.A.Q.’s (Frequently Asked Questions):
I’m a vegan but I also eat gluten-free. Are all your meal plans gluten-free? Yes! All my recipes in my meal plans (and my website) are gluten-free.
Do your recipes include soy ingredients? No! I do not purchase or consume soy products so none of my recipes will contain soy ingredients.
Will your recipes include processed vegan “mock” ingredients? As a general rule, I do not use processed vegan “mock” products, but I do have a few “transitional” vegan recipes that use vegan cheese or vegan mayo for those starting out vegan and need help transitioning from the S.A.D. foods they are used to eating.
What if I’m not vegan and just want to gluten-free meals? Can I still use your meal plans? Yes! My meal plans are primarily focused on clean eating for everyone, but without animal products. I prepare meals for family and extended family that aren’t vegan and they love the recipes just the same!
Why do I have to pay for the meal plans? Can’t I just get the recipes from your website? Yes, you can. But there are benefits of purchasing a meal plan that you won’t get from my website. For example,
- all the recipes are in one convenient place
- a grocery list for all the ingredients needed to make the recipes
- support via a dedicated Facebook group to ask questions or share feedback
- nutritional profiles for each recipe
- ability to adjust servings to help with grocery planning
So for a small fee of $5 per weekly meal plan, you can enjoy all the benefits above and your subscription fee helps to support my website to continue bringing you healthy recipes.

Are these meals going to be expensive to make? I’ve tried to make the meals as budget-friendly as possible, to help you save money. Most of the time, once you stock your kitchen with the basic ingredients, the rest will primarily be fresh produce. While I always recommend purchasing organic ingredients whenever possible, I understand that’s not always an option for everyone, so just do the best you can. Some ways to say on groceries is to buy staple ingredients + spices in bulk, shop for produce at your local farmers market or buy what’s in season. Feel free to contact me via the Facebook group if you have any questions, need more ideas or have trouble finding a specific ingredient.
