Prepare the veggies + fruit: wash and cut your veggies in a size that will fit in your juicer's chute.
Juice the carrots, apple, and celery according to your juicer's instructions.
Hand-squeeze the lemon into the juice after all other veggies + fruit has been juiced and then stir.
Best if consumed immediately.
Notes
Carrots: No need to skin or peel them, just cut off the top of the carrot and cut them into manageable pieces for your juicer.Apple: Juice the apple with the skin on for the most nutritional content.
