Add all ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until well combined.
For a thick, smoothie bowl texture: use (2) frozen bananas
For a thinner, smoothie texture: add (1) cup filtered/purified water

Wild Blueberries: Make sure you use the tiny "wild" blueberries and not the larger "cultivated" blueberries. Can also be substituted with wild blueberry powder.
Bananas: You can use either frozen bananas or fresh bananas. Frozen bananas will give it a thick, smoothie bowl texture. Fresh bananas will give it a drinkable smoothie texture.
Orange Juice: Use fresh-squeezed orange juice instead of store-bought pasteurized orange juice for the highest nutritional benefits.
Barley Grass Juice Powder: Make sure you use barley grass juice powder and not barley grass powder.
Atlantic Dulse: You can use dulse flakes, whole leaf or powder.
Cilantro: Make sure it's fresh and organic if possible.
Water: Add (1) cup, or more to your preference, for a thinner, drinkable smoothie. I highly recommend using filtered/purified water instead of regular tap water.
Optional Add-Ins: Make sure to read my post for the optional add-in's I use in my smoothie (pitaya, aloe vera and Liquid Zinc) and where to buy the ingredients.
