Add the entire can of full-fat coconut milk and your favorite organic granular sweetener to a Vitamix and blend until it is mixed together well.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and prepare according to the manufacturer's directions.
Prepare the praline mixture:
Add the ingredients for the praline mixture to a food processor and process until it has a thick consistency.
Start with 1/4 cup of water and add an additional 1/4 cup, if needed, to get a thick consistency. Set aside.
Assembly:
Option 1: Soft-Serve Consistency - when the ice cream maker instructions indicate the appropriate time to add the "mix-ins", add the chopped pecans and then drop in the praline mixture, a spoonful at a time. Make sure you don't over-process it, you just want the praline mixture to "swirl" into the ice cream.
Option 2: Traditional Ice Cream Consistency - when the ice cream is finished processing, transfer it to the freezer-safe container you will be storing it in. Sprinkle in the chopped pecans and drop the praline mixture in by the spoonful. Take a knife and gently "marble" in the praline mixture so it's "swirled" into the ice cream. Cover the bowl tightly and place in the freezer for approximately 60 minutes, or until it firms to the consistency of your preference.
Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the freezer.

Vanilla Bean Powder: Can be substituted with organic pure vanilla extract in the same amount. If using vanilla extract, use alcohol-free vanilla extract to keep the recipe 100% Medical Medium compliant.Serving Size: Nutritional information is calculated for 1/4 cup which is (1) serving.
