Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Prepare the pralines:
Add ingredients for the pralines to a food processor and process until well combined and creamy.
Assembly:
Arrange 4 pecans halves together with all 4 touching in the center (in the shape of a "t" or a "cross") onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Take a tablespoon of the praline mixture and place it on top of the pecans, repeating until you run out of the praline mixture.
Garnish the top with chopped pecan pieces.
Transfer the cookie sheet to the freezer for approximately 60 minutes, or until the pralines are hardened.
Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve because they will get soft and lose their shape if left out at room temperature.
