Banana: The best type of banana to use for this recipe is a firm banana, not a ripe soft one. In addition, since the size of bananas can vary, you may get more or less than 15 slices per banana.Cashew Butter: This can be substituted with another nut butter, such as peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower seed butter, etc.Goji Berries + Chia Seeds + Pistachios: These are optional topping ideas but you could use whatever you'd like as a topping.
