Instructions of how to prepare for a coffee enema, how to perform a coffee enema, and how to clean your enema equipment. You will need to set aside at least 1 hour to perform a coffee enema in a relaxing environment.
In a small stainless steel saucepan, add the organic enema coffee and filtered/purified water. Gently stir until well combined.
Bring to a boil on high heat and let the enema coffee boil for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low/medium and let the enema coffee simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and allow it to cool completely before performing the coffee enema.
Prepare to perform the coffee enema:
Place an old towel on the floor of your bathroom (over carpet is not recommended).
Put a small pillow at one end of the towel for your comfort.
Have a clean stainless steel enema bucket + tubing ready, and a small glass container of coconut oil.
Perform the coffee enema:
Once your enema coffee has completely cooled (very important), it's time to transfer it to the enema bucket.
Make sure the tubing clamp is tightly shut (very important).
Place the stainless steel sieve over the top of the enema bucket and carefully pour the enema coffee into the enema bucket.
In the bathroom, hang the enema bucket no higher than 18-inches above the floor where you will be laying.
Place a tiny amount of coconut oil on the tip of the tubing.
After lying down on the towel on the floor, insert the tip of the tubing into your rectum.
Lie on the right side of your body and once you're in a comfortable position, release the tubing clamp.
Allow the coffee enema to flow until you feel full, and then close the tubing clamp.
Set your timer and relax for the next 15 minutes - read, meditate, etc.
Once your timer goes off, make sure the tubing clamp is closed and remove the tubing tip.
Immediately go to the toilet and eliminate the enema coffee.
Cleaning your enema equipment:
Once you're finished, clean the tip of your tubing with non-toxic organic liquid soap and rinse the inside of the bucket and tubing with hydrogen peroxide.
Hang the tubing straight so it can dry easily and to prevent mold.
Once the tubing is completely dry, store the bucket and tubing in a clean, dry place so it's ready for the next time.
Follow up with fresh organic juice:
Prepare an 8-ounce glass of fresh organic juice to replace any electrolytes that are lost. Other healthy options are organic coconut water or organic fresh watermelon.
