Coconut Milk.This recipe can be made with your favorite non-dairy milk. For example, either homemade almond milk or homemade coconut milk which can be made with a Vitamix. Another great option is Joi Organic Almond Milk, made with 100% organic almonds.Banana + Mango. You can use fresh or frozen fruit, however, if you use frozen fruit, you may need to add a little extra coconut milk or the mixture will be thick and have the consistency of a smoothie bowl.Camu Camu. I added this ingredient for the nutritional content, but if it is an ingredient you don't already have on hand, it is not necessary to buy it just to make the recipe.
