For the crust:

organic pecans

organic Medjool dates

organic maple syrup

Instructions
Prepare the crust:
Add all the ingredients for the crust to a food processor and process until the mixture has a wet, crumbly texture.
Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a small 4-inch tart dish.
Prepare the peaches:
Peel and slice the peaches and arrange neatly over the crust mixture.
Assembly:
Optional: Add 1-2 dollops of homemade whipped coconut cream in the center.
Optional: Sprinkle with hemp seeds or shredded coconut flakes.
