Gluten-Free Vegan Rosemary and Garlic Maple Glazed Carrots
This Gluten-Free Vegan Rosemary and Garlic Maple Glazed Carrots are an easy and healthy recipe made with only 6 clean, real food ingredients. This plant-based side dish is prepared on the stove-top with no oven or roasting and is ready in under 15 minutes!

Wash the carrots, cut off the tops and very bottoms.
Saute' the carrots:
Add the avocado oil, crushed garlic and Himalayan pink salt to a non-toxic skillet and saute' on high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Add the carrots to the skillet and continue to cook on high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes or until they are medium soft, tossing the entire time.
Lower temp to medium-high heat, add the maple syrup and rosemary and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference.
Best when served warm.
