Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit or berries.

*Medical Medium: Omit the organic raw plant-based protein powder if you prefer or substitute with organic hemp protein powder or organic pumpkin seed powder.Wild Blueberries. Frozen wild blueberries combined with the frozen acai packs will give you a thick smoothie bowl texture. In addition, using wild blueberries will give you the best nutritional benefits and are a recommended healing food of the Medical Medium protocol. However, you can use regular organic cultivated blueberries too. Frozen Acai Berry Packets. You can find these in the frozen food section at Whole Foods but if you don't have access to Whole Foods you could also try using organic acai powder to get the benefits of the acai berry.Homemade Almond Milk. Using homemade almond milk is my milk of preference but you can always use your favorite non-dairy milk. Another great option is to use Joi Organic Almond Milk made with 100% organic almonds.Protein Powder. My favorite plant-based protein powder is Epic Organic Plant Protein - Vanilla Lucuma. However, you can omit the protein powder in this recipe, substitute with organic hemp protein or organic pumpkin seed protein or use your favorite brand.Toppings. I like to use fresh organic bananas, strawberries, blackberries, and organic hemp seeds to add on top of my smoothie bowl, but feel free to use your favorite fruit or berries or whatever you have on hand.
