Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until the mixture has a wet, crumbly texture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread it evenly on the bottom and press it down as firmly as possible to prevent the brownies from crumbling.
Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes to firm.
Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
