OPTIONAL STEP: Soak the cashews in filtered/purified water for about 30 minutes, then rinse and drain before adding them to your Vitamix. This extra step will give the sauce an extra creamy consistency.
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference and add a little more water if you'd like a thinner sauce.
Transfer to small individual dipping bowls and serve with your favorite side dish, veggie, etc.
Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
