  • 1 - 2 bunches organic celery

Instructions

Prep the celery:

  • Cut off the base of the celery and remove any leaves.
  • Wash / Rinse the celery with baking soda + filtered/purified water.

Option 1: Juice the celery (with a Juicer):

  • Place the celery stalk into the shoot of your juicer and juice according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Strain the juice until ALL pulp is removed.
  • Consume immediately or store in an air-tight glass container in the refrigerator overnight, but no longer than that.

Option 2: Blend and strain the celery (with a Vitamix):

  • Place the celery stalks in a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, and blend until it becomes a liquid.
  • Using a nut milk bag, strain ALL the pulp from the juice.
  • Consume immediately or store in an air-tight glass container in the refrigerator overnight, but no longer than that.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • 100% celery juice - add nothing to it: not even water
  • NO pulp - strain away all pulp
  • Consume on an empty stomach and first thing in the morning
  • Do not eat or drink until 15-30 minutes after drinking your celery juice
  • Do not store over 24 hours
  • Do not drink your celery juice in a plastic cup or container - use glass
