Prepare the Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles (Miracle Noodles) according to the package directions. Set aside.
Prepare the add-ins:
Chop the basil into long strips and chop the artichokes into small pieces. Set aside.
Prepare the sauce:
Add all ingredients for the sauce to a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, and blend until it's creamy and smooth. Adjust the seasonings to your preference.
Assembly:
Transfer the prepared noodles, add-ins and sauce to a medium mixing bowl and gently toss until everything is evenly distributed.
Transfer to your serving dishes.
Optional: Garnish with extra chopped basil.
