Advanced Preparation: You will need to use frozen bananas, so you will need to place 2 bananas (pre-sliced into 1 inch pieces) in the freezer, at least overnight, before making this recipe.
Add the sliced, frozen bananas and blueberries to a food processor and process until it becomes a smooth and creamy texture.
Optional: Garnish with organic shredded coconut flakes, organic wild blueberries, etc.
Best when served immediately, but if you need to store it, store in an air-tight BPA-free ice cream storage container.
