Ingredients
- 2 organic avocados
- ¼ cup organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
- ½ - 1 teaspoon organic ground chipotle powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, and blend until well combined and creamy.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Serve with a salad, spread on a wrap or as a dip.
