Add all ingredients to a Vitamix, or high-speed blender and blend until it's creamy and smooth.
Adjust seasonings to your preference. If you prefer your dressing a little thinner, add 2-3 teaspoons of filtered/purified water or organic lemon juice.
Store in an airtight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
