Prepare the Miracle Noodles according to the directions on the package.
Prepare the sauce:
Add all ingredients for the sauce to a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, and blend until it's creamy and smooth.
Adjust seasonings to your preference.
Assembly:
Transfer the prepared pasta noodles to a medium mixing bowl.
Add the sauce into the bowl with the noodles and gently toss until it's evenly distributed
Optional: Garnish with chopped organic fresh cilantro or organic baby spinach.
Best when served warm.
Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
