This Peachy Green Smoothie is an easy and healthy recipe made with only 7 clean ingredients. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: garnish with hemp seeds and/or peach slices.
Notes
Almond Milk: I like to use homemade almond milk, but you can substitute with your favorite non-dairy milk. Another great option is to use Joi Organic Almond Milk which is made with 100% organic almonds.Peach: You can use a fresh peach or frozen. If you use frozen, you may want to reduce the number of ice cubes so the smoothie isn't too thick, or add a little extra milk.Raw Meal Vanilla: This plant-based protein powder can be substituted with your favorite brand. Since scoop sizes vary between brands, if you substitute, use 2 1/4 tablespoons of your brand which is equivalent to (1) scoop of Raw Meal.Green Vibrance: This is a "green" superfood powder that can either be omitted or replaced with another similar product of your choice. Since scoop sizes vary between brands, if you substitute, use 3/4 tablespoon of your brand which is equivalent to (1) scoop of Green Vibrance.Medjool Dates: I only used (2) dates as a sweetener for the smoothie, but if you'd like a sweeter smoothie, just add 1-2 additional dates.Hemp Seeds + Maca Powder: I added both of these to increase the nutritional profile of the recipe, but either or both can be omitted.Ice Cubes: I find that 6-7 ice cubes will give the smoothie just the right amount of frosty texture without making it too thick. Feel free to adjust this to your preference.Serving Size: This recipe will make approximately (1) serving.
