Add all ingredients to a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, and blend until it's creamy and smooth.
Adjust spices and/or add sweetener to your preference.

*Medical Medium: You can omit the protein powder or use a single-ingredient protein like organic pumpkin seed protein or organic hemp protein.Protein Powder: Depending on the type of protein powder you use, you may want to add additional sweetener. For example, organic pumpkin protein and organic hemp seeds do not contain any additional sweetener so you can add 1-2 organic Medjool dates if you like.Pumpkin Pie Spice: Adjust the amount to your preference.Homemade Almond Milk: Can be substituted with your favorite non-dairy milk.
