Forming a plan for your health goals
1. Identify and clear out harmful foods + habits
Begin with a focused plan of which foods and habits that need to be eliminated for optimal health, including S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) ingredients and foods. This may be the hardest part - breaking bad habits. But with a clear vision of where you want to be both in the near and distant future, you will identify, remove, and replace these items with healthy, non-toxic alternatives.
