This Clean Eating Raw Vegan Walnut Fudge has to be the easiest raw dessert recipe I have ever made using only 5 clean ingredients.
It seriously takes longer to get all the ingredients out than it does to make it.
You basically put everything in a bowl, stir it and put it in the freezer to harden. And it almost melts in your mouth it's so silky smooth and it has a nice glossy look to it.
Here are some unhealthy ingredients in a traditional fudge recipe:
S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) Fudge Recipe Ingredients:
Typical Ingredients: 2 ¾ cups sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 cup half-and-half, 1 tablespoon corn syrup
It normally contains a lot of refined, white sugar. And, butter and dairy, making it non-vegan. Plus, you have to heat, cook, boil, use a candy thermometer, etc.
This healthier version is raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, lectin-free, alkaline, no-cook, paleo-friendly and contains no refined sugar.
