I've divided them into two categories depending on your dietary needs:
- Plant-Based + Medical Medium® Compliant - These recipes are all plant-based, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, and contain no refined sugar. They are also 100% Medical Medium® compliant without making any substitutions or modifications.
- Plant-Based - These recipes are also all plant-based, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, and contain no refined sugar. However, they would not be Medical Medium® compliant without making minor substitutions. For example, they may contain "raw cacao powder" aka "chocolate". In these recipes, you could omit the "raw cacao powder" or substitute it with carob powder.
